Clarke, Michael
1820-1892; e.m. 1844

PM minster, born at Ford Moss, Berwick on 2 July 1820, he served in English circuits from 1844 to 1852 before sailing for Australia as successor to John Ride. His .twenty-six years of distinguished service in Victoria were recognised on his return home by his being madeVice-President of the PM Conference in 1880. He died on 15 September 1892.
